Made to Order

Some items are made to order, meaning your piece is created after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and stay intentional in every step of production. Please allow additional time for fulfillment.

If your order includes both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, your package will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders will ship by December 10 to ensure arrival before Christmas. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays once your package is in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please email hola@latinaslovingjesus.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

All prices are listed in USD. Sales tax is applied where required. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
